There are available parking options in most places on the map, but the number of places may be limited. In Bergen most places can be reach by public transportation, but public transportation can be more limited outside Bergen municipality.

The municipalities in the region are responsible for monitoring the water quality. Usually the water quality should be good most places, but the water quality some places can be reduced after heavy rain. See the relevant municipality's website or contact the municipality for questions about water quality.

Remember that swimming is not risk-free. Never bathe alone. Check bottom conditions and depth before jumping from shore. Don't leave anything in nature. Be careful when using fire.
