Collins Honey founder Norm Collins bought his first beehives in 1955 when he was 10 years old. His father Norman, noticing his son’s fascination with bees and honey, helped Norm acquire those first two hives. That fatherly attention quickly became a successful family business.
The Good Brew Company
Good Brew is a social enterprise producing probiotic-rich fermented drinks. Established in Brunswick in Melbourne’s inner north in 2012 by Dean O’Callaghan (aka “Deano Goodbrew”), Good Brew “distributes, packages and serves our products as sustainably as possible while blending science and traditional medicine in delicious, accessible ways.”
Grampians Olive Co
Grampians Olive Co is a family-owned certified-organic olive producer located in the Grampians region of western Victoria. The area has a climate similar to the Mediterranean, making it ideal for growing olives.

Mock Red Hill
The Mock family planted their first apple orchard in 1895 and have been growing apples in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula since 1960. Pioneers of biodynamic farming in Australia, the Mock apple orchards have been certified biodynamic since 1974 and are the source of a delicious range of craft apple cider, cloudy and sparkling juices, fresh apples and freeze-dried fruit snacks.
