The Eurobodalla mural trail is comprised of six vibrant murals that were created in conjunction with 2020 River of Art Festival.

Spread between Batemans Bay and Central Tilba, they are an enduring symbol of the strength and vitality of our communities in recovering from the impact of the past summer’s bushfires.

The Pavilions is made up of two core destinations – the Arts Pavilion and the Aquatic Pavilion.

The Aquatic Pavilion is home to a 25 metre lap pool, warm water pool, gym, water slides and splash park. The Arts Pavilion includes a theatre, bar, gallery and studios whilst the The Pav is also serviced by the Black Duck Café, visitor centre services and a retail store.

Bay Pavilions

Market Gallery on Edward is a cooperative venture of local artists showcasing their unique and creative works. Presently, there are nine stallholders involved in this venture presenting a variety of 2D and 3D works which are regularly changed and updated.

Market Gallery on Edward is a part of Edward Road Market Place which also includes a diverse range of locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables, baked goods, fresh flowers, quality handmade items along with a variety of collectables.

An Eclectic Collection of Art by Margaret Allen.

Margaret works with all art mediums, and her versatile approach allows her to cover a variety of styles from the traditional to the abstract. Her works are predominantly the Australian Landscape and Seascapes, but also include still life and portraits.

The Studio is set in five acres of beautiful gardens.

A seaside walk past beautiful sculptures and bayside vistas.

Batemans Bay Sculpture Walk was created from the acquisitive award winning sculptures from the annual Sculpture for Clyde event. In 2020 there were 8 permanent sculptures on the walk. Each year the number of sculptures increases.

The sculptures were mostly designed and crafted in Australia.

The sculpture walk starts at a space near 7 Clyde St Batemans Bay and follows the seaside shared path of Mia Murra Walk and Beach Road to Batemans Bay Marina.

Are you looking for a museum experience which recounts the history of a coastal community through presentation of significant artefacts and related audio-visual displays? Then you’ll be pleasantly surprised after you visit the Batemans Bay Heritage Museum, Batemans Bay, in the Eurobodalla Shire Council.

Situated on a large block close to bushland and next to the Water Gardens, the museum was built in 1905. It comprises several connected buildings, including the Courthouse, the former Nelligen one-room school house, the Police Station and the residence.

The Batemans Bay Heritage Museum explores the local history of the Batemans Bay area, including the early days of European settlement when timber cutting and milling became the first major industry of the area. Take a tour of the buildings, where each room tells a different, but related story of the Bay’s developments in areas such as its Aboriginal heritage, medicine, education, crime and punishment, industry, military history and domestic arrangements. A fairly recent addition is the demountable building "Crossing the Clyde" showcasing the stories and artefacts of the bridges, punts ferries. Planned works incorporate a transition to Maritime.

The Batemans Bay Heritage Museum is approximately three and a half hours from Sydney by road. They recommend that you allow at least one hour for your visit.
