Legend has it that the Brèche au Diable was created when Saint Quentin made a deal with the devil himself in order to bring the water of the Laizon to the inhabitants. Explore the woodland path crossing through these two magical places, which have been inhabited since prehistory and feature more than 220 plant species. La Brèche au Diable

In this old cider house, traditional expertise has been passed down from generation to generation for over a century with the same enthusiasm. After visiting the orchard, apple press, and distillery, you'll enjoy a taste of the wares. Cider is not the only product on offer: you’ll also find pommeau, calvados, apple juice, cider vinegar, and apple jelly. As legend has it, this forest miraculously appeared in the 5th century, springing from a single oak branch planted by the young Christian slave Sever. It features several points of interest with evocative names that enhance your walk, all-terrain biking excursion, or horseback ride. Saint-Sever Forest

Each year, the town hosts the Les Musicales de Mortagne et du Perche festival, dedicated to chamber music. The "Mediterranean" theme of this 38th edition will be an opportunity to explore the cultural exchanges which have been the essence of this crossroads of civilization since ancient times. Liturgical chants marked by Byzantine influences, popular traditional songs from all over the Mediterranean Basin, classical Italian and Spanish music, and more.
